Your time of maintenance is 4-6 weeks.These tape extensions are crafted using healthy, cuticle- retained, rely human hair, that remains tangle free throughout its lifetime.
We charge per pack of hair required you will need to come in for a consultation prior to appointments, you will require maintenance through your hair extension journey and the correct home care products

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy of Creative Craft Studio are requested on behalf of the staff. This policy was reviewed and voted for by the staff to stay in place. The salon has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and a late cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% charge for all booked appointments (excl. colour appointments). No future bookings will be allowed if this fee is not paid. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations/rescheduling on all colour appointments.
If your colour appointment involved a cut & blow-dry a 30% late cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged on the total booking. If you need to cancel an appointment outside our normal business hours you can leave a message on our answering machine that records the time and date and the answering machine works 24/7. Please also know that no cancellations can be done via email or social media.
Please respect our policy of our salon and no abuse towards the owner or staff will be tolerated. Our business has certain policies and structures in place in order to give the best professional service to each and every client, and we would please ask you to respect it.
