CREATIVE CRAFT STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur the following fees: 50% of each individual hair or beauty service booked, and 30% of each individual colour service booked, including highlights, balayage, regrowth tints, toner services, colour corrections and Wellaplex treatments. Any cut, blow-dry or non-colour service booked alongside a colour appointment will incur a 50% fee per service.

Cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be made. If you need to cancel outside business hours, please leave a message on our 24/7 answering machine, which records the date and time of your call. Cancellations or Rescheduling cannot be made via email or social media. Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated.
